I have attached the Newsletter for the 6th Sunday of Easter and a couple of updates regarding groups formed by the Episcopal Conference to examine the challenges of Church life at the moment and around the phased re-opening of Churches when safe to do so.
I'm pleased to tell you that the Livestream from the Lady Chapel is now, well, live again. To access go to the parish website, click on stream at the top right handside of the home page and then click on the play arrow to be whisked to the Lady Chapel. Mass will be streamed at 10a.m each day starting tomorrow (Saturday 16th May) On Sunday we have music from the 9a.m music group and from Leslie and Colin from Holy Name. I look forward to seeing you there.
Men’s Group Virtual Meetings. The Men’s Group are hosting meetings by means of Zoom. On a Tuesday evening at 7.30 there is an online quiz; on Friday at 6p.m a general get together and on Sunday at 11a.m a gathering for coffee after Mass. These are open to any parishioners. Lockdowns from Lauriston. The Jesuit community in Edinburgh are streaming a series of talks over the next few Tuesdays from 7.30-8.30p.m. On Tuesday 19th Fr Damian Howard, SJ will speak on “The Church after lockdown.” Further information can be found at https://www.lauriston.org.uk/events/
