November 2018 - Fr Augustus Duriheakor from Nigeria has now received his visa and he will come to Scotland during the last week in November. He will take up work assisting in the Parish from Sunday, 2nd December. As a result, the current Mass times will remain unchanged for the foreseeable future.

October 2018 - The proposed changes to Mass times will be postponed at least until November. The Bishop of Orlu in Nigeria has given his permission for a Nigerian Priest who is writing his doctoral thesis to come and assist in St. Margaret's / Holy Name for about 2 years. The Bishop has now sent all the necessary references and testimonial to Archbishop Cushley. The Diocesan Office is now working on a visa for this Priest. It is not known how long these formalities will take. With the help of supply priests during October, there will be no need to change the Mass times yet, but Fr. Chris stresses that there is no guarantee that all this will happen, and that the proposed changes to Mass times may become necessary in November. Further updates will follow.
